This is the story about how rich Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov got Tim Ireland's Blogger head site shut down and Craig Murray former ambassador to Uzbekistan site shut down for them both speaking about him on their blog sites over his take over of Arsenal football club.
Officially there was no laws broken just some good points regarding the Russians apparent take over of Arsenal and he took offence to these comments and requested for them to be removed by making legal threats.
The blog hosts were in their right to take down there blogs as they described the posts as defamatory even though it seems that the real reason for taking down the blogs was more down to pressure they were being put under by a rich Russian bully.
